If you place your order prior to 2.00 pm, we will attempt to send it out for you to receive the following day.   If this is not possible because of the size of order we will advise at the time of taking your order.

Your items will leave our warehouse packed perfectly for their safe journey to your address.

All orders are prepaid prior to despatch. Your invoice and receipt of payment will be inside the box for your records.

If you require your order to go to a different delivery address – it is important that you advise us at the time of order.

If there are any special requirements to the delivery, again please advise when you place the order.

The Couriers that we use will deliver your parcel on the day; they are not committed to leaving your parcel anywhere unless we put it on the delivery instructions.  If you leave a note on your door, the driver may not take that as official.    They will however leave a card for you to contact their telephone number to arrange delivery to the original address at a day to suit yourself.

RETURNS/COMPLAINTS

In the unfortunate event that you have any cause to complain about an order that you have received, please be assured that the staff of Perfect Flowers 4 U are here for you.  We just ask you to follow a few simple steps, as listed below:-.

1.   Look at your delivery at the time it is delivered.
2.   Any obvious damage please mark on the POD (Delivery document) when
      signing for it.
3.   Please note, if the POD is not marked damaged, we may not be able to claim
      on our Insurers.
4.   Check your order, write down any damages, take photos and contact
      us within 48 hours

When you contact us we will ask for all details, possibly asking to see the photo in extreme circumstances,  as this may help us to arrive at a decision, especially if we have to claim on our Courier's Insurance.  We will then make our own internal enquiries and contact you to discuss our decision.


Please DO NOT return any product back to us until we ask you to do so, as this may not be necessary. 
If anything is returned to us without the appropriate authorisation you may risk the postage not being reimbursed.

Although we are a new Wholesale Company the management behind the Company are extremely experienced in the products that we offer and the products we will be offering as our business grows. They have worked with the products for over 5 years.

You will find our customer service second to none and if there is something you would like improving, then tell us, we will do our best to take it on board.
